McGinnis has won national recognition at the house building "Oscars" for their work on one of Northern Ireland's top development projects. The Eglinton based company was the winner in the National House Building Council's Pride in the job competition for work on their landmark Malone Square development in Belfast.

They also picked up a "Seal of Excellence" award at a special event held at the Culloden Hotel in Belfast and will represent Northern Ireland in the UK event in January next year. The NHBC Pride in the Job awards, now in their 27th year, are designed to seek out the UK's best site managers and reward them for creating quality new homes. They are the only industry awards that focus on the role of the site manager.
